We have kinds of loader tines or called rake teeth . Their material is 60Si2Mn , the HRC is 34-42, and forging mold stripping gradient is 1~3°, so they are strong and not easy to fracture. Their surface have been heat treated,powder coated and spray painted. The color of the loader tine can be made according to customer's requirement.
The loader tines are used for loading machine of farm tractor to load goods,for example, the grass bales. We have all kinds of loader tines,such as cranked tine, straight tine, curved tine and so on. We can produce rake teeth according to sample or drawings.
Our company has heat treatment line,spray paint line,plastic spray line,casting line,stamping line,machining line. The loader tine are made through 12 processes, so it has high toughness and strength.
Make sure the size and weight of the Bale Spear matches the load carrying capacity of the device.
Make sure the Bale Spear is positioned correctly to penetrate the hay bale.
